This project was a luxury duplex build in the heart of the beachside suburb Warana. The savvy clients had been sitting on a dated, 1980’s brick and tile beauty and were ready to turn her into a luxury duplex, with the goal of living in one side and selling the other.

The design brief was warm and coastal with touches of Mediterranean influence. We worked together to design a custom palette of colour and finish selections to enhance the build and create an inviting, calming and textural feel. Warmth was injected via the soft blonde oak cabinetry and aluminium ‘Knotwood‘ battens, Sandstone cladding, brushed brass plumbing fixtures and concrete basins sourced locally. The clients completed our base of warm neutrals with beautiful, Mediterranean-inspired furniture and organic shapes. The results speak for themselves- their duplex sold off market within weeks of completion!
